printable work anniversary certificate templates

About these templates

These templates allow you to start handing out work anniversary certificates right away at no cost. You pick one and replace all the organization-specific content like logo, company name, mission/purpose, etc.

Then, for each employee you update the template with their name, number of years, the date, and whoever is signing the certificate.

The same templates are available in both Google Docs format and Microsoft Word format. Just pick whichever you’re most comfortable working with.

Google Docs

The Google Doc contains five different templates for you to choose from.

After you open it, choose File | Make a Copy, and you’ll be able to customize the copy for your organization.

Microsoft Word

The Microsoft Word document contains five different templates for you to choose from, which you can customize for your organization.

Commissioning your own

While these templates are great for getting started, custom-designed templates that fully embrace your organization’s colors and brand are better. You can ask whoever does design work for your organization to create a template. If you go this route, you can share the graphic designers' guide to work anniversary design.

Or, another very cost-effective option is to work with a designer on Fiverr. The templates below were created on Fiverr by Asma Malik (the three with hexagon company logos), Abdul Aziz (the one with the red, green, and blue circles company logo), and Syed Ahmed (the one with the single circle company logo).

Or, consider something better than certificates

For similar effort and cost as certificates, consider giving your employees a meaningful work anniversary experience they’ll never forget (and will never throw away).
